This is an AU version of Veronica where she has a long lost twin Elle Bishop

do_you_like_pie Elle was the first born. They were seperated at birth, the Mars family never knew they had another daughter because their memories were erased by the Haitian. Elle's power manifested when she was a child, Veronica's didn't manifest until after her 20th birthday. Veronica ended up finding out about Elle eventually, and met her shortly before her "death"
